At UOO.lk, we take great pride in delivering high-quality, custom-printed products tailored specifically to your needs. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns for orders where the design and information provided by the customer were printed correctly.

No Refunds for Custom Orders

Since all our products (such as letterheads, mugs, and other printed items) are made-to-order and customized based on the artwork or information submitted by the customer, we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Mistakes in the design or content submitted by the customer

• Incorrect file uploads or low-resolution images provided by the customer

Our Mistake? We’ve Got You Covered

If we have made an error in your order — such as incorrect printing, wrong item sent, or damaged goods — you are fully eligible for a full refund or free reprint, including shipping costs.

To qualify for a refund or reprint:

• You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order

• Provide clear photos showing the error or issue

• Include your order number and details of the problem

Once we confirm the mistake was on our part, we’ll process your refund or arrange a reprint at no extra cost.
